Users should not have to wonder whether different words, situations, or actions mean the same thing. Follow platform and industry conventions.

The app doesn’t have a consistent color scheme which is green. All CTAs are of different green colour with different height.

From a purely visual perspective. Buttons styling (corner radius, text style, colour ) should be consistent in all screens throughout the app.

Good error messages are important, but the best designs carefully prevent problems from occurring in the first place. Either eliminate error-prone conditions,or check for them and present users with a confirmation option before they commit to the action.

Wallet screen shows different amount labels, through which the users can automatically select from that or manually add their own amount.

To ensure the user understands the issue, it’s better to show the input field in an error state rather than using a toast message, which disappears very quickly.

Minimize the user's memory load by making elements, actions, and options visible. The user should not have to remember information from one part of the interface to another. Information required to use the design (e.g. field labels or menu items) should be visible or easily retrievable when needed.

The recurring ride feature lets users set up rides for specific times, locations, and days of the week automatically, instead of manually each day, thereby reducing the memory load.

Shortcuts — hidden from novice users — may speed up the interaction for the expert user so&nbsp;that the design can cater to both inexperienced and experienced users. Allow users to tailor frequent actions.

The ride match feature allows users to tailor their ride preferences.

Set vacation allows them to set their vacation dates and which in turn informs their regular ride colleagues and the ride giver that they are on vacation.

Interfaces should not contain information that is irrelevant or rarely needed. Every extra unit of information in an interface competes with the relevant units of information and diminishes their real essence.

The onboarding screens lacks the visual impact which it can create. As well the information is in scrolling which is not good for onboarding screens.

The home page feels too cluttered and information heavy as well the typography is not well established.

 The onboarding screens should feature a small animation, and all information should fit within a single viewport size. Progress dots can either be made more prominent or removed completely, with a 'Skip' option included.

Create a clearer visual hierarchy in the typography to highlight the most important information. Focus on the essential details and actions to make the user experience more streamlined.

The app needs to address several gaps to meet global standards effectively.

9) Help Users Recognize, Diagnose, and Recover from Errors

Error messages should be expressed in plain language (no error codes), precisely indicate the problem, and constructively suggest a solution.

Guide users to enable location permissions when they are turned off and provide actionable options to facilitate this. Additionally, offer a step-by-step guide to help users easily turn on their location permissions.

Guide users through the process of allowing access to their contacts to invite them to join the app.

It’s best if the system doesn’t need any additional explanation. However, it may be necessary to provide documentation to help users understand how to complete their tasks.
